Grand Opening!

Thanks so much to all of you for your tremendous support of Lily's Playground! We are so pleased that the play area is currently being installed and the Grand Opening celebration will be held on Sept. 27th. Please come out and join us!

Request for mural design

We are so excited that we are getting close to making Lily's Playground a reality! We have raised and collected the necessary funds and are close to finalizing the legal agreement with the mall. Now, we are seeking a graphic designer to design our community mural to recognize all of our generous donors! The mural will be on the exterior of the play area and will incorporate every person who donated to our project. See the flyer below for details and spread the word!

Squeaky's Car Wash fundraiser

Need a car wash? Stop in at Squeaky's Laser Wash, conveniently located on 460 Business between Blacksburg and Christiansburg, and they will donate $1 from each $8 wash to Lily's Playground! Just use the code below before your wash.

CrowdTilt fundraiser

We truly appreciate all of the support for our CrowdTilt fundraiser and matching campaign! We are over half way to our "tilt" amount of $2,500, which is fantastic! However, if we don't reach $2,500 by Jan. 5th, we don't receive any of our pledges. We are grateful for the donations that we received through our website via PayPal and they will be matched as part of our campaign. However, they will not count toward our CrowdTilt minimum. Also, they will incur a minimal PayPal fee while our CrowdTilt campaign has NO FEES! So, if you choose to support our project through a donation right now, we would encourage you to donate through CrowdTilt, if possible. Thanks so much!

Double your donation to Lily's Playground!

Thanks for your support of Lily's Playground! We are excited that we have raised approximately $42,000 to date with pledges for an additional $8,000 to bring our total to approximately $50,000 toward our goal of $79,000. We have received a generous offer from an anonymous donor to match up to $20,000 in personal donations! We have set up a CrowdTilt campaign to take advantage of this matching campaign. In order to receive our pledges, we have to raise at least $2,500 by January 5th. If we raise $20,000, it will double to $40,000 and we will meet exceed our goal and Lily's Playground will become a reality in early 2014! All donations are tax deductible.
