Lily
Lily Robertson is a sweet Christiansburg 3 year old who was diagnosed with Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD) in July 2012. MLD is a painful and eventually terminal genetic disease in which late infantile patients, like Lily, have a life expectancy of about 5 years. Unfortunately, there is currently no known cure. Playground Details
We are so excited about our future playground! It will be a 20'x30' play area in the New River Valley Mall, just outside of JCPenney and Children's Place. It will feature a Woodland theme to match the beautiful mountains that surround us with a tree slide/tunnel, bridge, bunny, turtle, flower, and butterfly. The area will be fully enclosed with shoe cubbies, seating, play panels, and themed carpet. This play area will be a lasting tribute to sweet Lily and we need your help to make it happen!
